Mass Effect Andromeda Has Been Cracked Already Courtesy CPY

Mass Effect

Mass Effect Andromeda was released on 21st March 2017 in North America and 23rd March in Europe, and despite EA’s extensive plan’s to protect its digital properties it seems it has been cracked already.

Mass Effect Andromeda came with the latest version of Denuvo anti-piracy measure , however it took the popular Warez group CPY only a couple of weeks to crack the game . This is not the first time that CPY has cracked a game backed by Denuvo Implementation, as previously they had also cracked Resident Evil 7: Biohazard in a mere five days.

Here is the pic which shows the cracked version down below.

Denuvo was supposed to be the end of piracy , however seeing how little time it has taken for CPY to crack Mass Effect Andromeda is a worrying sign for developers. I will be interesting though to see what EA has to say about this , and sadly it does look like no matter what counter measures are in place , pirates will always find a way to crack a game.

For what it’s worth though Denuvo was able to protect a lot of games from pirates last year , however this year has been an altogether diferent story , and it does seem like that pirates have found a way to work around the anti-piracy technology. Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 will be using the latest version of Denuvo and it remains to be seen if CPY and other Warez group can crack that as well.

Good. You place nazi software in your game, you deserve whatever happens to it. Been a loyal Mass Effect fan whose paid close to a $1000 on ME games, books, collectibles, etc. but I will no longer be buying ME games. I will gladly play CPY’s release though.

See how that works, EA? By showing me the highest level of distrust you’ve turned a paying customer into a pirate. Eat it.

How can something be “cracked”, when it was already “broken” ? (•॒̀ ູ॒•́)
