Destiny 2 is perhaps one of the most highly anticipated titles of the current year . With the games Beta coming out soon we will get to know what changes have been made to one of the most critically acclaimed games sequel.
Destiny can have a steep learning curve however in a recent interview with IGN Devs Luke Smith and Mark Noseworthy were of the opinion that they were trying to make a fresh start for Destiny 2 meaning that there was something for everyone in the game, and that they were considering this as an opportunity to bring more people into the universe. So if you are playing Destiny for the first time you need not fret.
Noseworthy also talked about how important it was to get the story right this time around. One of the main criticism of Destiny has been how lackluster the originals story was. This time around Noseworthy believes that they will be telling a story which people can relate to , with memorable characters and the story of the worlds which the player will be visiting whilst playing Destiny 2
Smith also talked about the gear in Destiny 2 , and how you had to consider your loadout before you embark on a mission in Destiny 2. Here is what he had to say :
“If you think of your weapons and items as a golf bag, we want you to look into your golf bag before you start an activity and go, ‘Oh, what should we bring to this?.For some of those activities, you’re going to be loadout-locked once you start which means you can’t change. The difficulty, certainly at the pinnacle level of the game, we tried to make a much tougher game.”
