Uncharted Turns 10 Years Old And There Are Free Avatars And Themes



Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune came out exactly ten years ago on this day and it has been one hell of a ride ever since then! The PlayStation 3 exclusive received a lot of success and the series continued to grow after to become one of the biggest and most critically-acclaimed linear story experiences ever made! Naughty Dog followed with a lot of entries in the series which have made the company in to a very successful studio, and it can be argued that it is also the reason for Naughty Dog’s Success and recognition in the Industry.

Sony is celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the series that will span throughout PSX (PlayStation Experience) that is due to take place next month.

Sony also announced that there will be a special anniversary theme and avatar for the PlayStation 4, both of which will be free until November 21. Along with these, a lot of other Uncharted themes and avatars will also be available for free.

Another addition to the giveaway is a special character skin bundle for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy and there is a 50% sale things like Uncharted Point and Relic items that will go on till December 19.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was the latest entry in to the franchise and it was significantly well-received by critics and fans alike. Although it wasn’t a fully fledged game, the story expansion did get it’s own physical release (along with the usual digital release) even though it did not feature Nathan Drake as the protagonist.
