Ghost Recon Wildlands was released in March this year and and although the game has it’s flaws it still managed to do some decent business, but even after the response it got the team behind are determined to bring back the Ghost Recon franchise back to its glory. Keeping that in mind they’re releasing a pretty sweet mode, which is going to be on the wish list of every other tactical shooter aficionado.

To celebrate the mode and the game’s genrally positive response Ubisoft is now hosting a Free to Play weekend for the game on PS4, Xbox One and PC and if players really start getting the hang of the game and want to keep playing the game after the trial has ended they can get it for half its retail price  with Ubisoft hosting a 50% discount on all editions alongside the trial.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will offer a free weekend on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. In addition to having full access to the base game’s content, new players will get the chance to experience Ghost War, the new free PvP update for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, which will be available as a free update on all available platforms starting tomorrow, October 10, 2017.

The free trial will start on October 12th and end on October 15th. The trial will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC on which it can be downloaded from PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Marketplace, and Uplay or Steam respectively.

If you ask me that is a pretty sweet deal, we usually hear a lot about cash grabbing scumbag devs, so it’s nice to see a deal which favors the gamers.
