Earlier this year, The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild was launched and it received a lot of plaudits for the design of the game, combat and the story amongst other things. It was kind of a soft reboot of the franchise which reconstructed it in something brand new and as per Nintendo, this design of the game is not just a return for the sequel but also is likely to become a benchmark in the development of RPG.

During a chitchat with GameRant, the director of the game The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild, Hidemaro Fujibayashi spoke of the game design and mentioned that there still are many things which the developers need to explore in this new game design for the franchise. Here’s what he had to say:

We can’t really say much at the moment but there are lots of things in this current game design we still want to explore. If, as a result of that exploration, we feel positive we can provide our audience with new experiences it’s possible this design could become the standard.”

He even spoke about the villain in the game, Ganon, and why he doesn’t have any dialogs dissimilar to the previous games in the franchise. As per the director, the intimidating manifestation of Ganon is sufficient in order to communicate all that leads to the elimination of dialogs for Ganon.

The game, The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild is an open-world action-adventure game that has been developed by Nintendo for the consoles Wii U and Nintendo Switch. It has been described by many as amongst one of the best RPG’s of recent times , and it will take quite some time before any other game can match its brilliance.
