Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds DLC Features Detailed

Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn’s DLC The Frozen Wilds will release in the coming weeks and it seems there is a bunch of new stuff that is going to be added to the game when it drops.

Horizon Zero Dawn has been one of the standout games this year , and the game’s one and only DLC is going to build upon the lore of the original game, and give players a chance to revisit the desolate wasteland that Aloy calls home.

The upcoming DLC first and foremost brings a brand new area for you to explore an icy wasteland for you to stroll through on your strider. The expansion also brings in a new skill tree which quite amazingly you can use in the main game too the new skill tree named the The Traveler will grant some amazing feats and some neat combat upgrades. These abilities are going to be one of the new additions which will excited fans the most, as it will allow the players to play from a completely new perspective.

The story will run parallel of the main game’s and advises you to play the expansion on Level 30 all the while adding around 15 hours of gameplay into the game. Which goes in well I suppose with the theme of expanding the universe that is already known to the player.

Finally a very needed feat is also making its way in the expansion the ability to customize Aloy’s spear. This is one feature that has been requested by the community , and it is good to see that the devs have taken notice of it.

Horizon Zero Dawn’s First and Last DLC Expansion The Frozen Wilds launches November 7 and costs $20 / £16 / AU $30. Let us know if you are going to get it on launch by commenting in the comments section below!!
