Suicide Squad Surpasses The $300 Million Mark Domestically

Warner Bros. Suicide Squad is doing pretty well and remains in second place accumulating $10 million for the three days leading up to a grand total of $297.4 million after 5 weeks. Directed by David Ayre the comic book adaptations is set to cross the $300 million mark domestically as it is set to earn $13.6 million dollars for the three days. Meanwhile over international waters, the movie added $11.8 million dollars to take its total to $375.5 dollars overseas, and $672.9 million globally.

The movie was developed for $175 million excluding the marketing expenses, featuring high profiled actors. Suicide Squad stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Jared Leto as Joker and a lot of other actors including Scott Eastwood, Joel Kinnaman, Adam Beach and many others. The movie revolves around a group of supervillains poised with the task of saving the world for a change. Provided with the most deadliest and powerful arsenal and weaponry at the government’s disposal, the dangerous villainous gang is sent off on a mission to defeat a mysterious powerful being. The team is put together by Amanda Waller, who sees them as capable and fit beings for the mission with nothing to lose in return. The supervillains will have to put all their differences aside, work unitedly as a team together, and overcome all odds in order to succeed and come back in one piece.
