Spider-Man Homecoming has gotten positive reviews by most critics and Director Kevin Feige is already talking about the sequel.
Disney and Sony finally reached a compromise to bring Spider Man to the Avengers, and Tony Stark to the Spider-Man universe much to the excitement of many fans. While the new Spider Man played by Tom Holland was a much younger version of Peter Parker he left many impressed as he single handedly was able to outmuscle the Winter Soldier. Spider Man’s own solo movie hit the theatres a couple of days back. While the movie got positive reviews one thing that might have left the fans disappointed was the main antagonist of the movie.
But now director Kevin Feige has got an idea that might possibly be one of the most unique takes in a superhero movie. The next Spider Man movie will feature a villain that the audience has never seen before. As reported by IGN Feige regarding the issue said that:
“We are excited to use characters that you haven’t seen before on screen. So that narrows it down a little bit in terms of who will pop up next,” He added that “Spider-Man has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to villains and there are a lot that haven’t been touched upon. It’s those that we will be looking at first.”
There are a number of villains that can be up for this role. But we believe that the Villain would be someone simple and suited for the audience. According to reports, Spider Man’s second movie which will be released in July will show Peter Parker still in his High School years. Thus we expect the villain not to be too brutal and violent. Perhaps, Feige might just go from where The Amazing Spider Man 2 ended and introduce King Pin into the story lines. We might even see a two to three different villains as well. The movie might just start off with Rhino and has the story movies further we might see Kraven the Hunter, Morlun or even Lady Octopus.
