The Wolfhall takes a look at what can be expected from Deadpool 2
If you thought that Deadpool was funny wait until you grab yourself hold of its sequel. Rob Liefeld the creator of Deadpool has indicated that Deadpool 2 will have double the humor when compared with the first part.
Cable (Josh Brolin) who is the biological son of Cyclops and Jean Gray’s clone is set to make his debut in Deadpool 2. While from the pictures Cable looks like quite a bad ass character, Liefeld has compared Deadpool and Cable’s relationship to the buddy cop duo of Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in Rush Hour.
In an interview to Comicbook.com, Leifeld regarding the issue said that “[Brolin]’s such a great actor, that’s where it starts, and gravitas, and who else really is going to hold their ground with Ryan as Wade/Deadpool,” He added “That is energy unbridled, and so you’ve gotta hold your ground. When I see the two of them I’m like ‘It’s going to be comic book’s equivalent of Rush Hour,’ and I don’t know if comic fans are ready for it. I think it’s going to be great.”
Deadpool like its predecessor would be rated R. That opens up to countless possibilities. Director David Leitch in an interview to the Huffington Post has drawn out the possibility of a pan sexual Deadpool. He said that “It’s such a crazy universe to play in, but I can’t comment about where we’re gonna go. That’s what’s fun about Deadpool, you really don’t know and you’re willing to ask these questions about him. I think that, right there, says it all. How often do you have a character where you could even have these discussions?”
From the looks of it Deadpool 2 seems like a great watch and surely is expected to give fans a run for their money.
