Pokémon Sun & Moon Download Size Details

The Pokémon Company has revealed the file size details for the upcoming and highly anticipated Pokémon Sun & Moon. The Nintendo eShop version of each game is packed around 3.2 GB.

This  makes it about 26,214 Blocks which is round about a similar size to the likes of Bravely Default (26,498 Blocks) and Resident Evil: Revelations (25,795 Blocks). These storage requirements though are for Japanese version of each game with the versions for the West also expected to be in the same range.

According to Nintendo’s recommendations you should have at least an 8 GB SD (or microSD) card for the full version of the game as well as its demo. The Pokémon Sun & Moon Special Demo Version featuring Ash-Greninja, will be available around the globe on October 18. If you’re unfamiliar with Ash’s Greninja it is the first Pokémon that Ash obtained in the Kalos region.
