The Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is about to be released in the very near future, and the cult classic is perhaps one of the most awaited games of 2017.
The launch for the PS4 version of Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is only a month away and fans are already chomping at the bit to get their hands on the game. As there has been some news going on around that the game may not be a PS4 timed exclusive, gamers still are wishing that it comes to other platforms as well. Now even the developer has unveiled that Naughty Dog, the initial developer of the game, is super impressed with the Trilogy.
During a chitchat with Metro GameCentral, the producer of the game Kara Massie unveiled that the team of development for Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy got a lot of positive reviews from Naughty Dog. As per Massie, the studio has given them their blessing for the upcoming title Here’s what she said:
“Personally, our dev team didn’t check in with them or anything. But through Sony, Naughty Dog has seen and played the games at a few different stages. And we’ve had feedback from them, and overwhelming it’s been positive. They’re very, very impressed, and quite touched, that we’re doing right by their original games.”
It also appears that the game does not make use of any of the original programming code and had to be reversed engineered from scratch to make sure it was compatible with modern day consoles.
The game, Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is a forthcoming compilation of the initial three games being developed by Vicarious Visions and will be released on the 30th of June, 2017 for PS4.I for one cant wait to revisit a game that was such a big part of my childhood.
