Metroid 4 Will soon be Headed To Nintendo Switch

Perhaps the most amazing announcement of the entire E3 will have been Metroid 4 which was just announced today by Nintendo , and causing the fans to go into a meltdown. Finally a fan favorite would be making its way back after years in exile.

Nintendos E3 has been the target of a lot of speculation during the last few months, and today Nintendo curbed all rumor during their E3 Showcase. Perhaps the biggest rumor being circulated was the development of a new Metroid game. Today Nintendo confirmed that Metroid Prime 4 is indeed happening.

So far nothing is known about the game. Nintendo only teased us with a logo of the game during Nintendo Spotlight, but what we do know is that it is coming to the Switch in the near future. And that has us super excited.

Metroid Prime 4 will be the 4th game in the critically acclaimed Metroid Prime series, which debuted in 2002. The last game in the series was Metroid Prime 3, released in 2007. All the games in the series have been developed by Retro Games, but Metroid Prime 4’s developer is currently not known.

It seems Nintendo is finally giving fans the games they want. Are you excited for Metroid Prime 4? Let us know in the comments section below!
