Khal Drogo Reportedly To Return In GOT Season 7

Khal Drogo

Jason Momoa played the highly popular character of Khal Drogo in the hit HBO drama series, Game Of Thrones. He recently sent the web into a frenzy with an Instagram post of him and Game of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss in Belfast, with fans conjecturing that he could make a come back to the hit HBO drama show. The caption read, “……, Guinness in Ireland. Drinking moms milk With my siblings… Dan and David,”……., “Love ya GOT most prominent show on earth ALOHA DROGO.”

Momoa, who played Dothraki warlord Khal Drogo, has not been included in a scene since the season two finale, when he showed up to his dowager, Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), amid a vision in the House of the Undying. His return could mean a whole new revelation. “Drogo’s return would certainly be quite the dramatic occurrence,” says the Daily Mail, and rightly so since the Dothraki was burned to ashes with his funeral pyre which makes it impossible for him to return as a white walker.

The speculations of his return intensified when the actor posted on Instagram, sharing a fan art of himself as a white walker. If the rumors turn out to be actually true, it might be the shocker of the era surpassing even the return of John Snow. According to TMZ, Khal Drogo is one of the beloved dead characters that fans eagerly want back on the show. Expect speculations to rise since fans won’t find out until the show premieres next year.

Fans are now relishing the prospect of his return, with many taking to Twitter to tweet about this unexpected development. Do you think Momoa will actually be back as Khal Drogo?
