Marvel Entertainment has launched the first trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 which kind of tells us that the sequel of James Gunn is going to give the same feel as 2014.
The action-packed sneak peek shows all the characters in it including Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Yondu (Michael Rooker) and Peter “Star-Lord” Quill (Chris Pratt) with “Hooked on a Feeling” being played in the background. This Blue Swede song was initially used in Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 1; hence, it brings back good ol’ memories.
After this intro, Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista) is heard speaking to Star-Lord and saying,” There are two types of being in the universe – those who dance and those who do not”. Following this is a brief cameo appearance of now-Baby Groot.
This was just a sneak peek of the upcoming film which is jam-packed with action and its full trailer is probably going to be released in UK cinemas by next week with the release of Marvel’s Doctor Strange.
In the early 2016 at San Diego Comic Con, a mini clip was shown to the fans which featured Yondu and Rocket Raccoon escaping from a jail cell with Baby Groot helping him out. This was continued by a trailer opening with Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain” and the Guardians of the galaxy striking an inter-dimensional beast. However, this video still hasn’t appeared online but is probably going to.
