Today, the latest weekly report has been released by Chart-Track that states that Activision’s shooter is the top-selling physical game in the United Kingdom as per the previous week of December. This is the third time Infinite Warfare has been among the best-selling game in UK and that too, consecutively, as per Chart-Track.

Infinite Warfare is, as we all know, a first-person shooter developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. It can be played on Windows, PS4 and Xbox One as well. Released just a month and a half ago, this installment from Call of Duty has witnessed immense success. Although rated a 6 out of 10 by Steam, this video game seems to have won the screens and consoles of gamers in the UK.

The top 5 best-selling games in the UK consisted of everybody’s favorites; FIFA 17, Battlefield 1, Watch Dogs 2, Grand Theft Auto V. On the sixth position was Mafia III followed by Steep by Ubisoft on the seventh position. This has been the highest position for Ubisoft’s Steep up till now.

Despite much criticism about how the franchise has been waning in the past couple or years or so Call Of Duty has been silencing its critics with impressive sales. Despite the criticism regarding its story and game-play it is still one of the best selling games of the calendar year.
