The latest iteration in EA DICE’s Battlefield series, Battlefield 1, has already been the subject of several updates as well as new content which expanded the experience, but the team is only just getting started as a new custom game is set to go live soon.
In a new post on the official Battlefield 1 website, it’s been confirmed that a new custom game called Bleed Out will go live on the 18th of January. Bleed Out is a custom version of Rush which will include some distinctive features.
We’re thrilled that you’re enjoying the official Custom Games and these will of course continue. You might already have tried Armored Kill, the newest custom experience featuring a Scout-free, vehicle-friendly spin on Conquest. On January 18 we’re going live with Bleed Out, a custom version of Rush where downed enemy soldiers respawn faster than usual and regenerative health is turned off.
They also confirmed that the game will receive a new update next month, featuring gameplay improvements with further details and notes set to arrive soon.
In February we’ll roll out a new update for Battlefield 1 with gameplay improvements based on our constant testing and the feedback from you, the community. Expect more details and full update notes to be revealed in the near future.
A new concept exploration image was also shared for the They Shall Not Pass expansion, showcasing the design vision the team has gone for one of the four maps that are a part of the expansion.
