Sony’s Paris Games Week Conference was filled with quite the exciting announcements and one of them being a very (emphasis on the very) surprising announcement indeed. An exclusive bonus for PS4 owners. A crossover of sorts featuring Aloy from the Playstation’s exclusive title Horizon Zero Dawn is a playable hunter(character) in the upcoming Monster Hunter World.
Monster Hunter World PS4 was perhaps one of the most surprising announcements at E3 , and HZD’s Aloy as a playable character was greeted by fans with excitement as nobody had quite expected such a crossover.
Aloy returns with her signature use of bows and arrows it also seems that there are some small mechanical minions who bear a very strong resemblance to the foes present in Horizon Zero Dawn helping out our hunter in the announcement trailer.
The trailer also showed more of the area and the map which will be available in Monster Hunter World PS4. Needless to say the graphics look quite lush and the combat is phenomenal. I have a feeling that Monster Hunter World will be garnering positive reviews at the time of it’s release. To get a good understanding of what the game has to offer you can see the amazing trailer below down below.
It was also announced that the game will feature a early beta which will start on December 9th so sharpen your blades hunters. Which is well timed since the Limited PS4 Pro Monster Hunter World Edition will release before the game’s release assuring players that the one’s who do get the bundle will still be able to take part in the beta.
Monster Hunter World PS4 will release on January 26 for the PS4 and Xbox One. Let us know what you think about Aloy’s inclusion in the game by commenting in the comments section below.
